Overview
DigiCinta is a web-based mental health platform designed to connect individuals with licensed therapists and supportive peers in a safe, stigma-free environment. The platform empowers users to seek help through video call appointments and peer-led discussions, while offering the unique ability to stay anonymous using the "Hide My Identity" feature. As the UI/UX designer, I focused on crafting an experience that feels personal yet secure, ensuring seamless navigation, accessible booking flows, and inclusive interactions across all devices. The design system leverages scalable components, variables, and properties in Figma, enabling consistency and efficiency throughout the user journey.

Challenges
⚠️ Many users avoided seeking help due to the fear of judgment and lack of anonymity, making it difficult for them to open up about mental health issues online.
⚠️ Users often struggled to find platforms that offered both professional therapy and peer-based emotional support in a seamless, easy-to-navigate experience.
⚠️ Existing apps often had overwhelming interfaces, poor accessibility, and unclear flows, which discouraged already distressed users from continuing the journey.
